Junior Accountant / Trainee

Big Mango Solutions an International Start-Up which develops Software Robots to help sales and customer service. Our office is near the Bang Chak BTS in Bangkok. We have a Board Of Investment (BOI) certificate in the category Enterprise Software. We use modern processes and methods in our work. We are looking for a Junior Accountant or a suitable trainee to join our growing International team. Do you have what it takes to work on an international level?

Tasks:

• Thai language communication with the current accounting company, BOI, Revenue Department, and other government offices. Visit the offices when necessary. 
• Prepare and take care of invoicing, payments, receipts, and accounts receivable and payable.
• Learn to gradually take over the monthly tax and social security filing.
• Learn accounting and tax issues on an international level.
• Other tasks which are suitable depending on the applicant. Possible examples: Writing Facebook posts, help writing and testing robot conversation.

Requirements:

• Can read and write Thai and English languages
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Basic mathematics skills (able to calculate percents and fractions)
• Can do high quality work, not many mistakes.
• Able to work independently as part of dispersed team.
• Ambition, want to learn new skills and advance into higher positions. 
• Computer skills: Office programs, especially Excel/Sheets, e-mail. Know-how of MS Teams software is a bonus.

• Salary for full time job (7 hours/day, 5 days/week) 20,000-35,000THB
