Big Mango Solutions an International Start-Up which develops Software Robots to help sales and customer service. Our office is near the Bang Chak BTS in Bangkok. We have a Board Of Investment (BOI) certificate in the category Enterprise Software. We use modern processes and methods in our work. Admin and HR assistant trainee

Tasks

Visit government offices and other places as needed by motorbike
Work with PDF documents and Google Sheets. Scan, print, save to cloud, send emails, prepare payments and download documents from online systems.
Work as part of team developing UI:s for AI assistants and speaking software robots

Customer service and website admin trainee

Tasks

Maintain websites and landing pages
Work as part of team developing UI:s for advanced chatbots and speaking software robots.
Visit government offices and other places as needed by motorbike
Learn to apply our AI solutions to customer cases involving sales and customer service
Assist the development team in other tasks which are deemed suitable
